Irine, Sweden, had spent holidays with her family in Kołczewo for years. She appreciated that small village for its idyllic atmosphere as well as its proximity to picturesque lakes and the Baltic Sea. Irine’s husband enjoyed active relaxation on the nearby golf course. She turned to Renters one and a half years ago, as she wanted to buy a piece of land in Kołczewo and have her own house built there, which she could visit according to her needs and rent to tourists in other periods.

Scope of work

Due to language barriers as well as Irine’s distant place of residence, we arranged for all formal issues as well as the house project, its construction and interior decoration. We also designed an exclusive SPA room adapted to chromotherapy, equipped with Jacuzzi and sauna, which considerably increased attractiveness of the premises.

The modern house is divided into three luxury apartments, comprising in general 3 living rooms and 5 bedrooms, and allowing accommodation of 19 persons.

In the background there is a parking space for 3 cars, a relaxation and entertainment area in the form of terraces with garden furniture, a playground as well as a barbecue area with a roofed gazebo and a stone garden stove. We also arranged lush-green grass zones, which attract attention and look marvellous on photos.
